CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser for Normal to Dry Skin is a unique formula that cleanses, hydrates and helps restore the protective skin barrier with three essential ceramides. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid to help retain skin's natural moisture. CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser removes dirt, oil and makeup and is gentle on skin. The cleanser is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, non-drying and non-irritating.

Returns & Exchanges

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
