Eveline Royal Snail concentrated cream intensively 40+ was created with a view to comprehensive skin care after 40 years of age. Day and night cream. The combined effect of Neo-DNA and Pep-7Repair ™ complexes stimulates the proper course of renewal and regeneration processes, increasing the rate of restoration of supporting fibers, thanks to which the skin becomes firmer and more elastic. Filtered snail slime reduces wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones, thus reducing the visibility of the first signs of aging. The skin gains a unified color and a healthy look. ARGATENSIVE ™ provides a lifting effect in the form of skin tension and smoothing wrinkles. Directions for use: apply the cream to cleansed face, neck and cleavage every morning and evening. Returns & Exchanges

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
